13, Islamabad.

Dear Sir,

With reference to your requirement regarding above mentioned subject. We have the
pleasure to quote our best prices, material, terms & conditions.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Roof Sandwich Panel: 50mm thick with top 0.45±0.05mm Pre-Painted Corrugated
steel sheet and bottom 0.45±0.05mm Pre-Painted Formed steel sheet (Prime Quality)
with thermal insulating core of polystyrene 14-16kg/m3 (Flame Retardant).
2. Steel Structure: Comprising of MS Pipe for Rafter/Purlins/Trusses. Entire Steel
Structure will be given one Shop Coat of Red/Lead Oxide Primer & will be painted with
Enamel Paint of good Quality.

COMMERCIAL ACCEPTANCE TERMS:

1. The Price is based on the works mentioned above, and drawings provided by the client
are attached.
2. The Quote/Price is based on the works mentioned above, and the drawings attached
will be consider as full and final. If Any change from the Contractual Parameters is
marked by the Client at the stage of Approval Drawing phase, It shall be charged
according to the latest rate at that time along with the revised timelines. Technical and
Commercial approval from the Client shall be required to incorporate that change in the
project.
3. Validity: This offer is valid for 5 days.
4. Exclusions: Civil Works, Walls, Windows, Doors OR Any other Works in addition to
above are not included in these prices and the scope of work is limited to termination
within the prefabricated building.
5. Lodging/Boarding at Site for Erection/Installation staff will be provided by the client.
6. All services like supply of electricity/generator required for Erection/Installation will be
provided by Client.

7. All outside services (main connections) like water, electricity, gas, sewerage etc. has to
be provided by Client.
8. Payment Terms:
i. 60% advance at the time of confirm order,
ii. 30% at the time of delivery of material to the site, and
iii. 10% upon completion of work.
9. Completion of Work: Within 40-45 working days after confirm order/down payment.
10. QC/QA will be conducted in our Manufacturing facility prior to dispatch of material
otherwise company QC/QA will be applied and considered to be confirmed.
11. Force Majeure In case of delayed work due to extenuating circumstances such as
natural disaster, bad political situation such as city lock down, war, martial law OR
emergency or law and order situation or country wide strike then extension will be
allowed.
