In Consideration of your granting / having granted / lent and advanced the loan
of Rs. 900000 /-. MRS.AMEENABEEVI S Sat my request, I the under signed, do hereby agree
to be and shall at all times hereafter until repayment of the loan remain responsible to you
for and guarantee the due repayment of the said sum of Rs. 900000 /- together with
interest etc., as per your terms of sanction which I have gone through.

If at any time default is made by MRS.AMEENABEEVI S repayment of

principal, interest,monthly instalments (EMI) and other sum due to you,or in complying with the
terms and conditions of sanction of the loan, I shall on demand in writing pay to you the
principal, interest, monthly instalments ( EMI ) and other monies which are
due from MRS. AMEENABEEVI S to you.

This guarantee shall not be affected by your granting any time or any other concession or
indulgence to MRS. AMEENABEEVI S by their death or insolvency.

This guarantee is given without prejudice to all my/our rights of reimbursement against the
said MRS. AMEENABEEVI S

or their estate as surety for him for all sums to be paid to you and costs and charges and expenses
incurred in connection therewith.
