Iowa State University Data Storage Lab: May 2023 – May 2024
 Ported the ConfD state generator designed to generate different configurations of F2FS (Flash-
Friendly File System) file systems to generate ZFS (Zettabyte File System) file systems as well.
 Developed a custom combined test suite to extensively test 1000+ combinations of functions and
configurations of ZFS datasets with Bash and Korn shell scripting.
Iowa State University ARA: Wireless Living Lab Project: August 2022 – May 2023
 Utilized an advanced wireless lab composed of antennae established across three Iowa counties to
field-test ways to securely provide broadband to underserved rural communities.
 Wrote Python programs for ARA’s “Wireless Guard” subproject to make cognitive radio networks
more reliable and secure using SCPI commands and an NI-VISA interface to send the commands.
Boeing Undergraduate Research Fellowship and Internship: August 2021 - August 2022
 Inspected the OpenThread IoT protocol to ensure optimal utility and security on planes.

Projects:

Yo-Yo-Go!: Released February 2024


 Self-developed and published a mobile game for iOS, iPadOS devices, currently porting to Android.
 Implemented a compelling gameplay loop in the open-source Godot engine involving swinging a yo-
yo between moving spikes to get to the next screen. Each level is more difficult than the last.
 Integrated support for AdMob ads, though ultimately decided to release the game ad-free.
Senior Design: August 2023 – May 2024
 Collaborated with 5 others to create a stereoscopic system to help visually impaired people navigate.
 Developed a Python program to convert raw depth data into voltages for haptic motors.
