A Proposal for Coal Mine in Muara Bungo – Jambi

 BACKGROUND
• PT Daya Bara Nusantara (Dabara) is a small concession in Muara Bungo, Jambi
province that has coal potential with same charateristics with Nusantara Thermal
Coal (NTC/Ex- Permata Group) coal
• PT Dabara can't mine in their concession area because the land is owned by other
miner in Muara Bungo Regency.
• Nabea become mediator between PT Dabara (Mine Owner) and land owner (H.
Syamsudin – PT Menara Kenalu Prima Megah). Due to the successfull in
negotiation, PT Nabea is appointed to manage the mine (SPK Holder) and land
owner is also appointed as mine contractor inside some area of .
• Coal from Muara Bungo usually targetted for International market :
Vietnam,China,India,Pakistan Etc.
• In this proposal, PT xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx acts as a coal buyer and sells it directly to
end users. Coal cargo can be obtained by: buying FOT at Intermediate Stockpile.
