Glanbia continues to expand and implement a targeted and comprehensive set of strategic

goals in order to expand and strengthen the business. The rising tendencies in health and

promote health and wellbeing, weight management, immunity, trust, and long-term viability
(Glanbia Strategic Report 2022). Their strategic goals are to protect and develop their portfolio
of key brands and ingredients, to achieve strategic growth through innovation and acquisitions,
and to continue to integrate organizational supports.

Glanbia believes it is critical to establish a sustainable future and develop a new long-term
sustainability plan while still meeting their objectives. Glanbia's long-term aims are as follows:
GOAL 2 - no hunger, GOAL 3 - excellent health and wellbeing, GOAL 12 - responsible production
and consumption, and GOAL 13 - climate action. (2020 Annual Report) Glanbia intends to
establish a sustainable future by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from all food production,
with the intention of also minimizing their gas carbon footprint and the footprints of their
suppliers. Glanbia has partnered with on-farm consultancy services and will utilize external
partners to accomplish a 30% carbon reduction by 2023. (Annural Report 2020) Glanbia has
adopted a long-term sustainability plan.

According to Glanbia's three year ambition report, financial ambitions are divided into three
categories performance nutrition, group nutrition, and nutritional solutions. Glanbia plans to
strengthen its 'Group' by increasing adjusted earnings per share by 5% to 10% Glanbia plc
Capital Markets Day 2022) They also want to boost their operating cash flow by 80% and their
return on capital invested by 10% to 13%. Glanbia also intends to enhance their revenue
growth from 5% to 7% to improve their performance nutrition. An Increase in volume growth
of 2% (from 3% to 5%) will increase their Nutritional Solutionsl Solutions, increase volume
