guide I will tell you everything you know about
canva. If this is your first time using canva by the
end of reading this I'm sure you will be a canva
master. If I can help with anything please

How do I open my
order?
To open your templates, you will
need to use the second PDF you
downloaded that will look similiar to
the photo above this text. Open it as
you would normally do with any PDF
and click on the underlined text.
Once you tap/ click the underlinder
text that says "download post" a
canva link will open

A canva page will open in your

web browser that will look like
this. From here just click the
purple button " use templates"
and all of your templates will
open
 How you edit your
templates?
Add
Change font Change font effects to
the text
color
neon glow,
Change font Make the shadows Tidy up the
text bold or etc text
size
italic

To edit the text simply click on the text needs editing

 How you edit the
background?
Change color Edit the background transparency. I use this
option a lot so if a photo looks " washed out" to
Edit the you please check the transparency. This is very
background handy for making a photo blend so only the text
photo stands out

To edit the background simply click on it or an area

without text or elements and the bar on top will show up.
To change the bg photo upload a photo you like and
simply drag it to the template and it will replace or add
it to the template -> click right -> replace background
 How you upload
First click on
photos?
the upload tab
Click the purple button and
choose your photos

You can also use canva photos, to find the photos tab
just scroll the side bar and use any photo you like
 Canva elements

You can add any fun illustrations to your template by

clicking the elements tab and adding them to your
design.
The elements with that little crown at the bottom as the
one I circled in the photo above, are PRO elements.
Pro elements are elements that cost 1$ each if you
don't have a pro account, this is why I don't add pro
elements to any template so no one will have
unpleasant surprises when they are trying to download
their designs. You can download pro elements for free
too but they will be watermarked, same for pro photos
so it's better to avoid all pro features if you don't have
a pro account.
 Photos included in
the templates
All the photos I use are stock photos I buy a
commercial license for each photo, which means
you can use any photos I include, safely without
any worry, that's awesome right?

Random names in
my templates?
You might see some random names like a phone
number or you will see a lot @reallygreatsite.
These are only generic names / text and you will
need to replace with your own name, website,
email etc.
 Can I add my own
logo?
Yes ! To add your logo might be easier than
you think. All you have to do is to upload your
logo as you would upload any photo in cava (
see page 5). and just drag it to your template
and position it where you want it to be
 How I choose a
different photo for
backgroumd?
to choose a different photo scroll down the side
bar until you find " photos" and search for a
background you like and click on it. Once you
click on it, it will add to your template, click
right on it and scroll to the " replace
background option". When you find that click
on it and your background will be replaced

to change the trasparency
click on the background and
on the square from the top
bar

You can also change the

color to any color you want

You can change the colors even if that little
colored square doesn't pop on when you are
trying to edit a color of an element / icon, all you
need to do is to press " edit photo" and go to " FX
effects". Scroll untill you can see " duo tone"

Select custom -> now you can press the little

square to select the new color that you need.
 How do I download
the final result?
To download the final result press on the
"share button" and scroll untill you see "
download" and press that next.
 Make sure to select
the right format
Before downloading please make sure
you have selected the "PNG" format
and not the MP4 ( MP4 will save
everything as a video
 How do I select the
page/ pages I want to
download
Click on all pages and tick the pages
you want to download. You can select
the current page or tick multiple pages
if you want to download more pages. To
download all pages select " All Pages"
