Boston Tea Party

The Boston Tea Party was one of the main events that lead up to the American Revolution. This
Protest was led by a group of colonists knows as the “Sons of Liberty”. On December 16th, 1773
this group threw 342 barrels of tea into the Boston Harbor to protest the Tea Act of 1773.
