FOLLOW -UP ACTION FOR WEEK 4 JOURNAL

ISSUE : PUPILS FEEL BORED WITH THE SAME TEACHING METHOD

I need to plan a suitable group activities, so that my pupils will be highly motivated to
participate in my learning and teaching activities. I afraid pupils’ loose interest in
learning English. The smart students always grab the opportunities to answer
teacher’s questions. The ‘Minda Kancil’ pupils always feels unhappy because they
got less changes to participate in the learning and teaching activities. Teacher also
can’t focus on all the pupils equally.
My follow up action turn up to be effective on my Year 5 Barathi pupils only. They
were able to participate in the group activities as planned. Pupils strictly followed the
SOP and completed the task without much noise. But my Year 4 Barathi pupils failed
to follow the SOP they were moving around and making a lot of noise. As a
conclusion, this was an effective method for my Year 5 Barathi pupils.
