Bank of Baroda invites offer for sale-cum-auction of Bank’s owned Vehicle by

holding e-auction on the date & time mentioned hereunder. E-Auction in respect
of Under Noted vehicles will be conducted through below mentioned web portal,
for sale on the terms & conditions specified herein stated on the basis of “AS IS
WHERE IS & WHATEVER IT IS BASIS”.

E AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The starting Bid in the e-auction sale should NOT BE LESS than the RESERVE
PRICE.

2. Bank shall not be responsible for any defects latent or otherwise, damage,
decay or any missing parts of the vehicles and the vehicles are being sold on “as
is where is and whatever it is basis”

3. Bidding will be for individual vehicle basis, separate EMD to be paid for each
Vehicle.
4. The auction will “Online E-auctioning” through website

to go through the website for detailed terms and conditions before taking part
in the e-Auction sale proceedings.

5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be deposited through RTGS/NEFT/Fund
Transfer on or before 4:00PM of Date: 23/02/2024 to the designated account,

7. The intending bidder/ purchaser is required to send us the following documents

before last date of submission of the bid(s) viz. i) Copy of the NEFT/RTGS Challan
/ Detail of RTGS/NEFT ii) Copy of PAN Card, iii) Proof of Identification (KYC) viz.
self-attested copy of Voter ID Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Aadhar Card etc.
iv) Copy of proof of address; without which the bid is liable to be rejected. The

8. EMD amount shall be adjusted in case of the highest /successful bidder,
otherwise refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 45 working days of
finalization of sale. The EMD shall not carry any interest.

9. In case the bidder pays EMD and do not participate in the auction on the
scheduled date the EMD so paid by them shall be forfeited.

10. Auction would commence at Reserve Price, as mentioned above. Bidders

shall improve their offers strictly in multiplies of Rs.2500/- (Rupees TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONLY). The bidder who submits the highest bid (not
below the Reserve price) on closure of Online Auction shall be declared as
successful bidder subject to approval of the Authorized Officer.

11. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount (inclusive of EMD
already paid) within 3 working days inclusive of Bid day, of the sale being
knocked down in his / her favour and the balance within 15 days from the date
of e-auction. If the successful bidder fails to pay the sale price as stated above,
the deposit made by him / her shall be forfeited (EMD and subsequent
payments) and the Bank shall be at liberty to sell the vehicle to any other person
and in such other manner as it may deem fit.

12. In case, the highest bidder fails to comply with the bidding terms within the
stipulated time of the tender document, Bank may, at it’s discretion, sale the
vehicle to second highest bidder subject to fulfilling all the other terms of
tender.

13. All the charges including taxes, Dues to any authority, conveyance, transfer
and registration charges etc., as applicable shall be borne by the successful
bidder only.

15. On payment of the total bid amount, documents relating to the vehicle shall be
handed over to the successful bidder to enable him / her to get the vehicle
transferred / registered in his / her name.

16. After Depositing of Auction/Sale Amount to the Bank by the Successful bidder,
the Auction Purchaser shall arrange to get the vehicle registered in his name
and take delivery of the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle will be given to the
bidder ONLY after change of name in RC book/ Online Portal of m-Parivahan
and Insurance. The aforesaid formalities with respect to registration and
name change in RC book, insurance shall be undertaken by bidder within 15
working days of the receipt of RTO papers for transfer of ownership, without
which, delivery of the vehicle will not be given to the successful bidder. In case
of delay in Transfer of Name in RC Book, Bank reserve right to claim the
parking charges @50 per day at the sole risk and responsibilities of the auction
purchaser. This charges may be exempted on case to case basis for delay due
to genuine reason.

17. Taxes / Insurance premium that may fall due during this period have to be
borne by the successful bidder. The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss,
damage, decay and theft of the vehicle or removal of parts from it or in any
manner whatsoever.

18. The Bank shall have the option and liberty to sell the vehicle in case of the
purchaser's failure to take delivery within the stipulated period after issuing a
notice to the purchaser's given address. After a period of 15 days from issue of
notice the Bank shall be entitled to exercise its option to resale the vehicle.

19. However, the purchaser shall have no right or claim whatsoever, against the
Bank after the period mentioned above on account of his failure to take delivery
nor is the Bank bound to resell the vehicle or be answerable in any manner for
any loss that he may incur on this account.

20. The interested bidder may inspect the Vehicles as mentioned at Bhandup
location by contacting the designated person between 11:00 AM TO 05.00 P.M

to 5.00 PM up to 29/02/2024.

21. Bank reserves the right to withdraw any Vehicle from the sale process or reject
and /or cancel or defer the entire sale process of the Vehicles/ Bids without
assigning any reason. Bank reserves the right to add/ modify/ Delete any of the
terms and condition at its sole discretion.

22. No further advertisement / notice shall be released in newspaper. For any

change in terms and conditions, addendum shall be notified only on Banks’
website. Bidders are advised to check the website before submission of pre-Bid
EMD / Commencement of auction.

23. Bank reserves the right to postpone / cancel or vary any of the terms and
conditions of the auction without assigning any reason thereof.

24. The Bank reserves the right to reject any offer without giving any reasons
thereof.
