What is the offer?

Offer Period: 22nd to 24th March 2024.

Max RPs under offer campaign: AU Zenith+ Credit Cardholders are eligible for a maximum of
750 Reward Points on purchasing eligible Brand vouchers per card account in the mentioned
offer period. For Altura Plus, Vetta, Zenith, LIT, ixigo, Xcite and Xcite Ultra cardholders will be
eligible for a maximum of 3000 Reward Points.

Eligibility- This offer is exclusive to the AU Small Finance Bank Credit Cardholders who receive
the communication regarding above offer. Only the card variants mentioned above in the offer
construct are eligible for the offer.

Offer Details- AU Credit Cardholders who receive the communication will earn accelerated
Reward Points on purchasing above vouchers according to their card.

Generic Terms & Conditions-

1. AU Small finance Bank reserves the rights to withdraw the offer at any point of time at its sole
discretion.
2. Purchased vouchers can be redeemed as per the terms and conditions mentioned on AU

3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. AU Credit Card transactions getting reversed will not be eligible for accelerated Reward
Points.
5. If an AU Cardholder ceases to be a Cardmember, at any time during the offer period, the Offer
shall lapse and shall no more be available to such cardholders.
6. Accelerated Reward Points will be credited to the eligible cardholders within 60 days from the
end of the offer period on best effort basis. Only the bonus reward points will be posted later
in addition to the original base reward points already earned by the customer after making the
transaction.
7. AU Credit Cardholders with inactive, delinquent, closed or credit frozen accounts are not
eligible.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotional offer like discounts,
cashbacks, etc.
9. AU Small Finance Bank reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer or its terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. If any fraudulent conduct is observed on behalf of the AU Cardholder for the purpose of
obtaining any undue advantage, AU Small Finance Bank holds the right to disqualify the AU
Cardholder from the benefits of the offer.
11. Participation in the offer is voluntary and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
12. AU Small Finance Bank’s decision on any dispute regarding the offer will be final.
13. AU Small Finance Bank will not be responsible for any delay or non-execution resulting from
any uncontrollable event like natural calamities, riots, protests, acts of God, etc.
14. In the event that the offer is not configured or cannot be accessed as a result of failure, delay
or traffic jam on any telephone network or line, computer system, servers or providers,
websites, the Bank will not be held accountable or liable.
15. Only India’s courts will have jurisdiction over any legal disputes involving the offer or its terms
and conditions. No foreign laws will be valid.
16. These terms and conditions are in addition to the basic terms and conditions listed in the Card
Member Agreement provided on the Bank’s website.
