    Minimum Room Entitlement - A covered member will only be entitled to obtain services at Aga Khan University Hospital
    - Karachi, Orthopedic & Medical Institute - Karachi, South City Hospital - Karachi, Doctors Hospital & Medical Center - Lahore, Hameed
    Latif Hospital - Lahore, Evercare Hospital - Lahore, Shifa International Hospital - Islamabad, if the minimum room entitlement of the insured is at
    least equal to the below mentioned room rent applicable at these respective Hospitals.

    • These hospitals are on panel for our corporate clients only.
    • Minimum Room Entitlement is subject to change without any prior notice.
    • Hospital policy may not allow provision of emergency services on card.
    • At Ghurki Trust Hospital, Lahore, insured are entitled only for ward (regardless of the fact that their room rent is at par with private room)
