I. PREPARATION

Write your learnings or experiences of your previous pathfit classes.

From my previous pathfit classes, I have learned that we need to maintain ourselves physically
fit so that we will be able to function well in doing our daily activities. Furthermore, we need to maintain
a healthy lifestyle which involves eating healthy diet/meals as well as doing regular exercises daily so
that we will less likely to be ill. With regards to experience, it was a worthwhile moment for us to engage
in physical activities such as using dumbbells, elastic bands, and arnis. These activities helped us in our
goal to maintain a physically fit lifestyle that’s why I can conclude that this class is important as a
student.

How can I contribute to the university and community?
