Step 1. Relax and get into a meditative state, Link to Hierarchy and group soul star by visualising the
soul star shinning brightly 6 inches above your head and Visualize lines of light connecting your soul
star to that of the hierarchy or higher beings you wish to connect with and the group members.

We Call Upon Beloved Arcturus and Diana to nourish the Essence and Qualities of this 14 Rules Study Program
today, in RHYTHM. We know that We are Encouraged, Inspired, Supported, and Moved to maintain the Truth
of this Study with Djwhal Kuhl’s Presence, and that it proceeds with the regularity with which We breathe each
breath, as We inhale the precious Pranic Breath of Akasha Life, and with which We exhale all impurities to be
swept up by the Violet Transmuting Flame blazing in, through and all around us. We call forth the Elemental
Grace Alliance Council and the I Am Presences’ of the Sun of Even Pressure
Council to join with us now! We call forth Beloved Chohan St Germain and the Goddess of Justice, Lady Portia,
Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst to imbue us with Radiation of the Qualities and Virtues of Transmutation
through the Violet Flame, Invocation, Diplomacy, Music Arts and Justice. With unbound enthusiasm that
qualifies the Manifestation of this Invocation without falter, We express this demand in the Violet Transmuting
Flame, knowing that It comes Blazing on Our Behalf, and that Master Rakocsy Magnifies, Amplifies, Strengthens
and Intensifies this Decree 1,000-Fold.

O Divine Mother, Father, may we actualize through intention and extension our body vehicle,
Singing Eternally before the Throne with the Words: Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish Adonai
'Tsebayoth. May the Hierarchy and the Bands of Heavenly Angels Sing with us on earth as it is
in Heaven. May the Holiness of Our Brothers and Sisters in the Higher Worlds be with us in
every heartbeat and every thought-form. We Pray that all of the Letters in the Language of Light
be Eternally Expressed in this Holy Prayer and Song Ceaselessly for us.

Step 2. Say the Soul Mantram

The Soul Mantra

I Am the Monad

I Am the Soul
I Am the Light Divine
I Am Love
I Am Will
I Am Fixed Design
I Am That I Am On Earth - As It Is In Heaven
Step 3. Clear the central channel with the triangulation method.

3. Mentally move the Soul Star diagonally forward to a position just in front of the eyes. Then move it straight into the
center of the head, and slowly move the Soul Star straight upward to its normal position six inches above the head.
Repeat the triangulation three 7 times for each center for a week and move to the next (See figure 4). In the beginning,
only the first triangle (involving the center between the eyes) should be formed for the first week. Move to the next
center for another week, always perform it 7 times for the new center and once for the old centers.

. The Soul Star should be moved slowly and deliberately up the channel because it is literally burning away hindering
thought forms and emotional blockages to open a channel for the flow of higher energies.

Step 4. Invoke the spiritual Vortex to clear your channel, by saying this Mantra

“In the wisdom of the soul, I invoke the spiritual vortex”

And visualize a vortex/whirlwind of white light 30ft above your head and see it coming down and whirling around you
in a clockwise motion, clearing your energy field. Visualize the vortex unloading the impurities from your energy field
sending them at least 30 feet into the ground and then dissipating.
This should be done for between 8 and 10 minutes.
Step 5. Say the Mantram of unification;

Mantram of Unification

"The sons of men are one

and I am one with them,
I seek to love, not hate;
I seek to serve and not exact due service;
I seek to heal not hurt.

Let pain bring due reward of light and love.

Let the Soul control the outer form and life and all events,
And bring to light the love that underlies the happenings of the time.

Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate and outer cleavages be gone.
Let love prevail.
Let all men love."

Step 6. Invoke the One;

As the Soul infused Personal Self,
the personal self infused by the soul,
as the unified group, we invoke the One.
 Step. 7. Say the Great invocation with love and meaning, pause in a positive meditative state for several minutes
afterwards to visualize the higher energies flowing through you and out into the universe.

THE GREAT INVOCATION

From the Point of Light within the Mind of God
Let Light Stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the Point of Love within the Heart of God

Let Love Stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the Centre where the

Will of God is Known

The Purpose which the Masters Know and Serve.

From the Centre which we call the race of men

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out And
may it seal the door where inequity dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power Restore the Plan on Earth.

Step 8. Draw the energy which you need from the central. As a way of asking for guidance say the following and
pause and be still for a few minutes to receive the energies.

“In the wisdom of the soul, and to serve hierarchical or soul purpose,
I draw that which I need from the central reservoir.”

Optional points for healing :*Invoke colors and energies with this Mantra.

“In the Wisdom of the Soul,

Linked with Hierachy and the Ashram of the Christ
I invoke ( eg. Gold ray, Pink ray, Healing energy,)”

Send healingenergy by saying,

“in the wisdom of the soul, linked with hierarchy and the ashram of the Christ”
I send out healing energy from my soul star(Group Soulstar)to the soul star of (persons name)”
Or
“in the wisdom of the soul, linked with hierarchy and the ashram of the Christ”
With the assistance of the Devic Masters, I invoke those energies necessary to heal.”
Step. 9: Say the mantram of the Disciple with a sense of purpose and dedication:

I am a point of light within a greater light

I am a strand of loving energy within the stream of love divine.
I am a point of sacrificial fire, focused within the fiery will of God
And thus I stand.

I am a way by which men my achieve

I am a source of strength enabling them to stand.
I am a beam of light shining upon their way
And thus I stand.
And standing thus revolve,
And tread this way the ways of men
And know the ways of God
And thus I stand

Step 10: Chant OM 3x

Step11. Say the Rality Mantram:

“May reality govern my every thought and action
And truth be the master of my life. “
Say the Peace Mantram:
“we affirm that earth is becoming a sacred planet and there will be peace on earth”
