Survey of Large and Medium Enterprise Manufacturing Establishments in Ethiopia

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I am reaching out on behalf of PSI. As part of our research into how conflict is affecting firms' business
operations and their inter-firm relationships, we are conducting a survey among a sample of companies.
The purpose of this survey is to understand the primary channels through which conflict influences
business operations.

We would greatly appreciate your participation in answering a few questions regarding the challenges
your company has faced and your insights on the government policies that could address these issues.
Please be assured that neither your name nor your establishment's name will be disclosed in any
document based on the survey.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and will not impact your access to any benefits. You have the
option to withdraw from the survey at any point. If you have any questions or concerns about the
survey, please feel free to contact [name of the person responsible for implementation] at [contact
details].

Thank you for considering our request.
