★입실 유의사항(cautions)★

1. 퇴실하실 경우 한달 전까지는 꼭 알려주세요.

1. If you leave, please let me know at least one month before you leave.

2. 7 일 이후 중도퇴실 시, 위약금 20% 제외한 금액에서 원룸 하루 2~2.5 만원, 미니룸 하루 1

만 5 천원 제외한후 환급됩니다. (7 일이전 퇴실시 환불불가)
2. If you drop out after 7 days, you will be refunded after limiting 20,000~25,000 won per day
for room with bathroom and 15,000 won per day for miniroom from the amount deducting
20% penalty. (No refund for exit before 7 days)

3. 화장실 변기에 물티슈, 이물질 넣지 마세요. 머리카락은 따로 쓰레기통에 버려주세요!

(변기 막힘과 하수구 막힘의 원인이 됩니다.)
3. Don't put any wipes or foreign substances in the toilet. Drop your hair in the trash. (
It causes toilet blockage and sewer blockage.)

4. 3 층 세탁기는 저녁 12 시까지, 4 층 세탁기는 저녁 10 시까지 이용가능합니다.

4. The washing machine on the third floor is available until am 12:00.The washing machine on
the fourth floor is available until pm 10:00.

5. 고시원 내에서 조용히 해주시고 저녁 12 시 이후로는 주방 사용을 자제해주세요. 인근 방에서

소음으로 괴로워합니다.
5. Please keep quiet in the Gosiwon and refrain from using the kitchen after am 12:00

6. 쓰레기는 분리해서 3 층과 4 층 사이의 계단에 있는 분리수거함에 버려주세요.(음식물이 묻은

경우 씻어서 버려주세요.)
6. Separate the garbage and dump it in the separate collection box on the stairs between the
third and fourth floors.(If food gets on it, wash it and throw it away.)

7. 플라스틱, 일반쓰레기, 캔/병 및 종이를 분리해서 버리세요.

7. Separate plastic, general waste, cans/bottle and paper and throw them in the trash can.

8. 입실료는 입실일자 하루 전에 입금 부탁드립니다.

9. 3 번 경고 시, 즉시 퇴실조치합니다.

10. 입실료 연체 시, 즉시 퇴실조치합니다.

11. 세면대에서 머리를 감지 마세요. 머리카락은 휴지에 싸서 쓰레기통에 버리세요.

11. Don't wash your hair in the sink. Don't throw your hair in the sewer, but throw it in the
trash.

12. 창문 밖에 창문이 하나 더 있습니다. 비올 때나 방에서 나갈 때에는 바깥에 있는 창문까지 문

을 닫아주세요. 특히 비오는 날에는 무조건 바깥창문까지 문을 닫아주셔야 합니다.(닫지 않을 경우
아래층에 피해가 가며 그 피해보상을 입실자에게 청구 할 수 있습니다)
12. There is another window outside the window. Please close both windows when it rains or
when you leave the room. Close both windows when it rains.(If not closed, damage will occur to
the lower floor, and compensation for the damage may be claimed from the occupant.)
