HOTEL CLEANING MANUAL

A: SPECIAL CLEANING (Approx. 30~40 minutes/ 1 room)

(0) Air freshening 환기
i. Open the door and windows for ventilation.
문과 창문을 열어 환기를 시킨다.

(1) Garbage 쓰레기

i. Collect all trash from the room and bathroom.
방과 화장실에서 나온 쓰레기를 모은다.
ii. Empty and wash ashtrays.
재떨이를 비우고 씻는다.
iii. Put recyclable garbage (plastic, glass, paper, etc.) in clear plastic bag.
재활용 가능한 쓰레기 (플라스틱, 유리, 종이, 등)은 투명한 쓰레기 봉투에 담는다.
iv. Empty the trash bin and replace the plastic bag.
쓰레기통을 비우고 새 객실 쓰레기 봉투로 갈아준다.
v. Never throw out any personal items that are not in the trash bin.
쓰레기통에 들어있지 않은 개인 물품은 절대로 버리지 않는다.

(2) Bedding 침구
i. Remove bedspread and pillows. 러너와 베개를 옆으로 치운다.
ii. Take off the blanket cover and replace it with a new clean cover.
이불 커버를 벗기고 깨끗한 새 커버로 이불을 씌운다.
iii. Strip bed and align mattresses. 침대 시트를 벗기고 매트리스를 바르게 놓는다.
iv. Take off the bed sheet and replace it with a new clean sheet.
침대 시트를 벗기고 깨끗한 새 시트로 매트리스를 씌운다.
1. Pull the mattress a little away from the headboard.
매트리스를 침대 머리로부터 조금 앞으로 당긴다.
2. Spread out the sheet evenly with hands.
손으로 시트를 평평하게 펴준다.
3. Tuck in the top right and left corners and push back the mattress in.
상단 좌우 코너를 매트리스 밑으로 접어 넣고 매트리스를 밀어 넣는다.
4. Pull the bed sheet tightly and tuck the lower corners under the mattress.
침대 시트를 강하게 잡아당겨 시트의 하측 코너를 매트리스 밑으로 접어 넣는다.
 v. Take off and replace pillow cases. Shake the pillow to evenly distribute feathers.
베개 커버를 벗기고 씌운 뒤, 흔들어 베갯속이 균등하게 퍼지도록 한다.
vi. Place the pillows, blanket, and bedspread back on the bed nicely.
베개와 이불, 러너를 다시 침대 위에 예쁘게 놓는다.
vii. Use the tape to pick up any hair or thread on the bed.
테이프를 사용하여 침대 위의 머리카락이나 실을 줍는다.

(3) Washroom & Bathroom 화장실 & 욕실

i. Toilet 변기
1. Flush the toilet. 변기 물을 내린다.
2. Sprinkle toilet cleaner (Clorox) and use brush to clean the seat, handle, cover,
cistern, hinges, top of bowl, outside and behind bowl.
락스 세제를 뿌리고, 솔/수세미로 좌변기의 의자, 덮개 등 주변 부위를 닦아준다.
3. Use hand-hot water and wash the remaining cleaner.
바구니로 뜨거운 물을 뿌려 남아있는 세제를 씻겨낸다.
4. Dry the toilet with a clean, dry cloth.
마른 걸레로 좌변기의 물기를 닦아낸다.

ii. Wash basin 세면대

1. Clean inside and outside the hand basin.
세면대 수조의 안쪽과 바깥쪽을 닦는다.
2. Clean the counter top, the mirror, and the faucet using wet and dry cloths.
물걸레와 마른 걸레를 사용하여 세면대 위와 거울, 수도꼭지를 닦는다.
 iii. Bathroom 욕실
1. Collect garbage and hair on the wall, floor, and inside the tub.
벽과 바닥, 욕조 안에 있는 쓰레기와 머리카락을 치운다.
i. Pay attention to corners and shelves for trash.
구석과 선반 위에 쓰레기가 없는지 꼭 확인한다.
2. Start from cleaning the bathtub.
욕조부터 닦기 시작한다.
3. Clean the wall, showerhead, taps, and the floor with water and cleaner.
벽, 샤워기, 수도꼭지와 바닥을 세제와 물로 닦는다.
4. Dry the floor with a dry cloth.
마른 걸레로 바닥의 물기를 닦는다.

B: STANDARD CLEANING (Approx. 20 minutes/ 1 room)
