The purpose of this assignment is to investigate how your business will function from the perspective of

location and logistics.

1.Explain the process from a logistics perspective as to how prospective and actual customers will
interact with your company to acquire services and or products. This includes all interactions between
customers and your company, as well as delivery and payment.

- When it comes to the logistics and the customer interaction, the company will directly sell it through
the products through company website. The customers can purchase and pay for the products through
the website itself. As soon as it is done, the company will send the product from the manufacturing site
to the delivery address mentioned by the customer.

2.Do you or do your customers/clients require a physical place to conduct your business? This would
include your head office and any retail or office or manufacturing space or warehousing space.

Yes, we do require a physical space for warehousing the products. Moreover, in order to control the
supply and warehousing , we also need a tiny office associated with the warehouse itself.

We need a space a space which can work both as a storage room and an office to handle logistics . It is a
6400 Sq ft industrial commercial space with basic facilities and a little office area for the members. The
property is in the waterloo region.
