Here are the step by step instructions that implement the process:

For Process of Direct Shopping

Customer Entry - the store is open seven days a week starting 10am to 6pm. By this the customer
will arrive at the opening time of the store.

Complying Covid-19 Protocols - the customers are highly asked to check their temperature and
should wear protective face masks and will follow the social distancing.

Product localization - the customer will shop and pick their desired products to satisfy their
needs in the store.

Issuing of Items - after picking the customers will fall in line and wait for their turn. After it the
product will be issued by the store cashier to know the item's amount.

Payment Process - customer will prepare the exact amount to be paid. If the customer has no
cash on hand we are offering alternative modes of payments such as Gcash.

For Process of Ordering via Online

Picking items that can be done through shopee or lazada apps - customer is advised to shop only
in shopee app and lazada to purchase their desired items.

Adding items to cart and filling the personal information - they are required to fill in the
information such as name, contact number and address for the delivery process.

Placement of orders - details will be sent to the OMS (Order Management System), which then
determines which warehouse to ship the order from based on the delivery address and item
availability. One order with multiple items may ship from multiple warehouses.

Pick inventory workers - the workers will collect a specified quantity of items from inventory to
satisfy customer orders. Picking can be done manually by using barcodes or picking slips, or
automatically with picking robots or machines.

Sorting workers - the workers will separate picked items according to destinations. Sorting can
occur by hand or with automated sorting machines.

Picking items- items will be packed protectively into appropriate shipping boxes. This step
includes weighing packages and labeling them with recipient's addresses and any necessary
delivery transactions.

Shipping Orders Transported - the order will be ready to transport to their final destination.
Orders can either be shipped directly to the customer, or they might be first consolidated with
other orders going to nearby locations.
