POTENTIAL SCOPE OF WORK

 Due Diligence Review including:


 Technical review including review design specifications, plant technology
risks and impact on expected project life or performance
 Site visit and review of site information
 Plant design review including general design, design plausibility, and
equipment
 Review of technical related portions of project contractual documents such
as EPC, PSA, O&M, among others for completeness, clarity, soundness,
and scope including the relationship between the different contracts and the
contract structure in its entirety. Clauses related to warranties, liquidated
damages, and commissioning test will be scrutinized insofar as technical
aspects is concerned.
 Review of project schedule
 Review of energy yield assessment
 Review of technical inputs, data and assumptions used in the financial
model
 Review of grid connection arrangements
 Review of qualifications and experience of the key project participants (i.e.,
sponsor, EPC contractor, and O&M)
 Review of project’s environmental policies to comply with the regulatory
requirements
 Preparation of the Draft and Final Technical Due Diligence Report.
