COMM poem

Indeed we are all different,

That doesn’t mean we are not valid.

From our head to toe, we must compliment.

The judgment of others is completely stupid.

Thus we must held our heads high,

Confidence in us, we must imply.

` My poem portrays that we are indeed different in our ways in terms of race, sexuality, culture,
and more. And with those differences, we may experience degradation and discrimination of others.
Thus, we must have our self-confidence in us. We are the ones who will believe in us first. In living our
lives, we do not the approval of others to go on with our lives. It is in our own hands whether we will
choose to improve ourselves for the better. Let us love ourselves to the fullest because being born in
this world and still living in the present, is the greatest gift that we have received. With that, we must
hold our heads up high and keep moving forward in our lives.
