Details of Work Close pipe hole using foam/silicone

No Sequence of Work
1. Close pipe hole
- The area must be clean, healthy and homogeneous, free from oil, grease particles,
dust and loose or friable.
- Fill the silicone can well for at least 20 seconds before using. Repeat shaking after a
long break in use.
- The amount of Foam ejected can be adjusted by applying more or less pressure to the
trigger or by tightening or loosening the valve screw.
- Fill in the gaps enough if too excessive will wasteful use. Let dry up And excess dried
silicone can cut And sanded For tidy up
2. Grating Removal Floor
- Prepare Tools be used ( chain block, tripod )
- make sure there is no damage to the tool that could cause an accident
- Place the chain block on the floor to be opened
- lift the floor slowly using chain block and place it slowly
- store it and make sure it is safe from the danger of falling
3. Confined Space
- Prepare tools for working in confined space area
- Do the gas test before entry
- Prepare fbh and attach the rope for guide rope
- Fill the confined spaece log entry
- Make sure 1 person standby to monitoring condition inside or outside manhole
