We have visited the customer's location and spoken with him; the closest
site to his home is Kosli Road. Based on our analysis, we discovered that
the customer's location is experiencing slow internet connection because
of the distance to the site and heavy traffic on this BTS. For this reason,
3G speeds at this location cannot exceed 700 kbps. Once we replace this
with 4G technology, we will fix this.

Since 2 OCT 2023, the BSNL mobile services and both fiber ring of NTPC system Jharli has
down. The presence of a BSNL team is essential to investigate and correct the problem. As a result,
you are requested to allow the BSNL crew to restore BSNLfiber system and mobile services, as
these are critical services.
