JUSTIFICATION AND SPECIFICATION

This Detailed estimate has been prepared for proving

cash and store for new battery set of 600AH for replacement of one battery
set of 400 AH installed at BARHANA BTS under Jhajjar CMTS Section.
Presently the set of 400 AH is installed at BARHANA BTS and its date of
installation is 10.06.2017. Backup of battery set is about10 mins. At present
there is, one 2G-3G combo BTS, SGHB lease circuit, Wi-Fi hotspot and STM-
1 transmission equipment. Total load is about 30 Amp. Backup of this
battery sets is very poor because many cells of these battery set are very
weak. Diesel consumption has increased very much due to very poor
battery backup. As according to load we need 600 AH battery which is
available in DSD stores Rohtak.

So, to keep the BTS in working condition & to provide good service to our
customers it is very necessary to replace this battery sets timely with new
600 AH(one ) battery banks as soon as possible.
Necessary provision for installation of new battery,
dismantling of existing battery and transportation etc. has been made in
estimate and installation work will be carried out by BSNL staff with help of
an extra manpower from open market on receipt of new battery set. So
kindly provide one set of 600AH battery with all mounting accessories has
been made in this D/E.
No technical difficulty is anticipated at present.
