Notice Inviting Quotation

Sealed QUOTATIONS are invited from reputed sales and service provider of computer accessories for
repairing of below mentioned articles after thorough inspection.

Terms and conditions:
I. Warranty period should be mentioned at the time of quoting rate.
The price should be quoted inclusive of all taxes.
II. No separate inspection charges will be provided. The repairing cost is inclusive of
inspection charges.
III. Last date for submission of sealed quotation is on 05.08.2022. The quotations will
be opened on 10.08.2022 at 3 p.m.at the office chamber of Accounts Officer,
Roopkala Kendro. The bidders are requested to be present at the venue during
opening of the quotations.
IV. Willing firms having necessary & sufficient financial capability and experience in this type
of work may submit their sealed quotations at Roopkala Kendro, Block-GM, Sector-V,
Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091, between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on any working day within the due
period. Only sealed quotations will be accepted.
V. The sealed quotation will be addressed to The Director & C.E.O, Roopkala Kendro,
Block-GM, Sector-V, Kolkata-700091
VI. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any
reason in this regard.
VII. The quantity may increase according to need.
VIII. Lowest accepted rate against this NIQ will be valid for next six month or till further
orders. Firms/Agencies who are willing to comply with the above criteria only should
submit rate.
IX. The bidder, offer lowest rate (L1) would be entrusted with the job. The lowest average
Total price (Total of D/ Total of A) would be considered as the Lowest rate.
X. 96% of Total L1 Price will be released to the L1 agency against proper invoice and
successful completion, commissioning of the job, certified by competent authority.
Balance 4% of Total L1 Price will be kept as Security deposit until the warranty period
expires and will be released subject to satisfactory service is provided by the L1 agency
within the warranty period. No interest shall be paid on the Security deposit under any
circumstances.
XI. Each bidder has to submit copy of PAN Card, Bank Account details (self attested) along
with the quotation.

The quotation shall have to be furnished in proforma in page 2.
