To whom it may concern,

This certifies that Joseph Greco has come into Quest Diagnostics medical centre
March 10, 2024 he was experiencing fever, cough shortness of breath, fatigue. He was
and is under our professional care. We have treated and put him on bed rest for 14
days until he is expected to return to daycare March 24,2024

Doctor’s Comments:

Joseph Greco was unable to attend school/work due to his illness of a high
fever and a contagious state of Strep throat. Symptoms sometimes referred to as
a COVID-19 Fever. It appears as though this throat infection needs to be cured,
so I am prescribing 14 days complete bed rest with plenty of intake of liquid and
oil free food along with proper dosage of the prescribed medicines.
