To our Dear Beloved Parents/Guardians:

The 3rd Air Reserve Center will conduct "Familiarization Firing" on 10

and 17 March 2024 at Long Firing Range, Fernando Air Base, Lipa City,
which aims for the student to be familiarized with and learn the fundamentals
of handling weapons. The said activity will be participated by ROTC Cadets of
the 323rd Department of Air Science and Tactics, Tanauan Institute as part of
the ROTC Program of Instruction (POI) SY-2024. It will also facilitate by the
designated organic personnel of the 3rd ARCen. In this regard, may we
respectfully request your kind approval to allow your son/daughter to
participate/attend said activities.

17, 2024 for the 2nd Air Group (M-T).

Further, the Military Training Staff has no obligation/liability for

whatever untoward incident/accident that may happen to the cadets/students
who violate/go beyond the limits or rules and regulations given for the activity.
