2024 年国际中文教师奖学金申请办法

山东师范大学坐落在历史文化名城济南，是一所学科专业齐全、学位体系完备、师资
人才充沛、社会声誉优良的综合性高等师范院校。学校是教育部首批外国留学生定点招生
单位、首批孔子学院奖学金生接收院校、联合招收华侨、港澳台地区学生单位，与 32 个国
家和地区的 160 余所院校建立校际交流合作关系。在韩国、肯尼亚、巴西、沙特、俄罗斯、加
拿大合作建设 6 所孔子学院（含 1 所独立孔子课堂），是全国承办孔子学院数量较多的
高校之一。
山东师范大学早在 1983 年就开始接收外国留学生，41 年来，学校先后培养了来自世
界 70 多个国家和地区的 20,000 多名长、短期留学生，成为山东省对外开放的窗口学校。
Shandong Normal University (SDNU in brief) is located in the historical and cultural
city, Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province. It is a comprehensive and advanced
normal university which has gained an excellent social reputation with various subjects and
majors, a complete degree system, and abundant teaching talents. SDNU has received
approval by the Ministry of Education for the first batch of designated enrollment of foreign
students, with the joint recruitment of overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan
students, and establishes inter-school exchanges and cooperation with more than 160
institutions in 32 countries and regions. SDNU is one of the Chinese universities which
established the most Confucius Institutes. It has established 6 Confucius Institutes (including
1 Confucius Classroom) in Korea, Kenya, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Canada.
SDNU began to accept international students as early as in 1983. Over the past 41 years,
it has cultivated more than 20,000 long and short -term students from more than 70 countries
and regions.
资助对象 (ELIGIBILITY)
1、非中国籍人士;
Non-Chinese citizens;
2、对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、 法规和学校的规章制度；
Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and
regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school;
3、身心健康，品学兼优;
In good physical and mental health, and be in good academic and behavioral standing;
4、有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作;
Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;
5、年龄为 18-35 周岁（统一以 2024 年 9 月 1 日计）。在职中文教师放宽至 45 周岁，本科
奖学金申请者一般不超过 25 周岁。
Aged between 18 and 35 (as of September 1, 2024). The maximum age limit for in-
service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship
for a Bachelor’s degree shall be younger than 25 under most circumstances.
奖学金类别及申请条件 (SCHOLARSHIP TYPES AND
QUALIFICATIONS)
注：
1.在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，同等条
件下优先录取；
In-service Chinese language teachers need to provide proof of employment and a letter
of recommendation from the employer.
2.在各类汉语桥比赛中获得国际中文教师奖学金证书者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站
凭奖学金证书向我校提交申请材料。

Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions need to submit their application
documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at
the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.

资助内容及标准 (COVERAGE AND CRITERIA)
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive
medical insurance.
学费由接收院校统筹使用，生活费由接收院校按月发放。
The tuition fees are under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions,
Living allowance is granted by host institutions on a monthly basis.
其中，本科生、一学年和一学期研修生生活费标准为 2500 元人民币/月；国际中文教育
专业硕士生为 3000 元人民币/月。
Living allowance standard is as follows:
A. CNY 2,500 for Bachelor’s Degree Students, One-Academic-Year students and One-
Semester students.
B. CNY 3,000 for Master’s Degree Students.
住宿费由接收院校统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍，一般为双人间；经奖学金生申请、
接收院校批准，选择校外住宿者，由学校按月或季度发放住宿费，每月 700 元人民币。
The Host Institutions use the accommodation fees to provide scholarship recipients with
free on-campus accommodation(typically double rooms). Scholarship recipients may
live off-campus upon application and approval from the Host Institutions. Students are
entitled to RMB 700 per person/month on a monthly/quarterly basis by the Host
Institutions.
奖学金生按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。当月 15
日（含 15 日）前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费；15 日以后注册者，当月发放半月
生活费。
Scholarship recipients must register with the university within the period stipulated in
the letter of Admission. Otherwise, the scholarship will be revoked. Students registered
before the 15th (inclusive) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month,
while those who enroll after the 15th are entitled to half of the amount.
奖学金生在学期间（不含寒暑假）因个人原因离开中国时间超过 15 天者，停发离华期
间生活费。
If a scholarship recipient leaves China for more than 15 days for personal reasons
during the study period (excluding summer and winter vacations), the living
allowance during the period of absence from China will be suspended.
奖学金生因个人原因休学、退学或受接收院校纪律处分者，停发自休学、退学或接到处
分通知之日起的生活费。
If a scholarship recipient is suspended or withdrawn from school for personal reasons or
is subject to disciplinary action by the Host Institution, the living allowance from the
date of suspension, withdrawal, or notification of disciplinary action will be suspended.
毕（结）业生的生活费发放至学校确定的毕（结）业日期后的半个月。
The living allowance for graduating students is paid until half a month after the
graduation date set by the Host Institution.
综合医疗保险费由接收院校统一购买。一学期研修生为 400 元人民币/人，一学年以上
标准为 800 元人民币/年/人。
The insurance premium for one-semester study program students is RMB 400 CNY per
person, that for students studying more than one year is RMB 800 per person/year.

申请资料 (APPLICATION DOCUMENTS)

1.所有申请者有关的证明材料：
For all applicants:
（1）护照照片页扫描件（护照有效截止日期应该超过学习截止期限）；
A scanned copy of passport photo page （ The expiration date of the passport should be
beyond the study deadline.）;
（2）HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；
A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year
validity);
（3）推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions.
2.与学历生有关的证明材料：
For degree scholarship programme applicants:
（1）提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单；
A certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and
an official transcript;
（2）国际中文教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟
任教机构工作协议者优先资助。
Applicants of the Scholarship for Master of International Chinese Language Education
are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors.
Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a
teaching institution upon completing their studies in China.
3.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference
letter from the employer.
4.申请者还须提供接收院校要求的其他证明材料。
Applicants shall also provide additional documents required by the host institutions.
注：
推荐机构为孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、
高校中文教师专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外领（使）馆等。
Recommending Institution: Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius classrooms,
selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher
training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations
for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad.

申请流程 (APPLICATION PROCEDURES)

其他 (OTHERS)
1.报名后，申请者请随时关注邮箱通知，按照我校要求补充材料、参加面试或进行校内系统
注册。未按照要求注册者，我校不予接收。
After submitting application materials online, applicants shall keep the e-mail free for
further notification of Shandong Normal University, such as submitting materials,
attending interview or registering on school system. Otherwise, applicants will not be
accepted.
2.学历生须参加年度评审，详见《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》；
Degree students are subject to the annual assessment according to the Annual Appraisal
Procedures of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship;
3.入学体检不合格、中途退学及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格；
Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from
school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior
permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for scholarship;
4.入学资格初审与复查：学校将于奖学金新生报到时和入学后分别进行入学资格初审和
复查。审查中如发现申请者提供信息与本人实际情况不符或存在弄虚作假、徇私舞弊的，
确定为不合格，将取消奖学金新生入学资格或已获学籍；
Review of admission qualification: Any inconsistent information or fraud information
will result to the cancellation of applicant's scholarship qualification.
5.一经录取，专业不得更改。
Once admitted, students major can not be changed.
