For students undertaking Masters and Doctoral theses that use grounded theory this book is virtually
indispensable.
Phase 1: initial coding Some basic questions may help: What is going on. I pay particular attention to
the grounded theory research process. I don't think this is nearly enough to ensure that theory is free
of past influences - such freedom is impossible and probably not really worthwhile. This expanded
