II. Session Details
Session Title: Show respect and concern for our Country
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: To foster literacy skills, instill core values, and provide
homeroom guidance in Kindergarten students through a
variety of interactive and age-appropriate activities during the
3-hour Catch-Up Fridays Program.

Key Concepts:  Fostering literacy skills that includes activities that supports
language development, listening skills, communication skills,
reading, and writing.
 Instilling core values implies incorporating lessons and
activities that promote character development, ethical behavior,
and a sense of responsibility. That contributes to the overall
well-being and character formation of the learner.
 Providing Homeroom Guidance. This involves understanding
the individual needs and offering a nurturing environment
within the classroom.
 Interactive and age-appropriate activities make learning more
enjoyable and effective, and ensure that the material is relevant
and comprehensible to our Kindergarten learners.
 Health education, to instill the habits that contribute to overall
health and well-being at an early age.

Literacy Enhancement Activity


PUZZLE LETTERS:
 Prepare puzzled letters in every learner.
 Tell the pupils to arrange it and find what letter
and read it to their classmates.
 Give them 30 seconds to arrange and ask them
the sound of the letter they form.
 After reading it stick it on the board and read it all
Literacy Skills together. And ask them what are the things that

 Teacher will prepare 2 boxes for each group.
