geographical, or historical personage, term, or place, write a description of five sentences

1. El Gaucho: El Gaucho is a cowboy from Argentina. The gauchos would

live in las palmas freely. Their main job would be to heard a group of

cattle. The gauchos used to fight in battles with only a falcon, a type of

dagger. The guachos would also be a symbol bravery and pride.

2. Martín Fierro por José Hernández: Martin Fierro was a gaucho in the book “Martin Fierro El

Gaucho,” by Jose Hernandez. Martin Fierro was a gaucho meaning he went

on adventures where he fought, made friends, fell in love, and played guitar.

The story about Martin Fierro follows his life and his job of being a

gaucho.Martin goes through many duels, test of loyalty, and

relationships in his story. It all begins in the middle of 1800s when Martin

Fierro story starts.

3. Juan Manuel de Rosas (the dictator): Juan Manuel de Rosa was born March

30, 1793 in Burns’s Aires. Juan Manuel de Rosas was the dictator of Argentina

1835 from 1852. Juan Manuel used his powers as a dictator to govern Buenos Aires.
