It is the most simple way to make exercises, you don't need to having any gears or grasping really high-level skills to have a running. But
someone says that running is wearing you knee gradually, so I prefer running as the way to exercise.
It was a day last week when I made myself a cup of iced coffee,
and added milk and a spoonful of sugar in it.
That was a truly prefect beverage.
And it was a bussy daywith a lot of work I needed to deal with,
but with the energy that coffee brought to me, I made it through that day.
No, I would rather buy some coffee when I am at the super market.
It is more convinent you know,
and I don't want to go to a shop dedicated only to coffee or any single item. I'm more likely to purchase everything I need in one
supermarket.
CHATTING yeah, chatting with your friends is the most relaxing conversation you can had, you know. Because, you may inforce yourself to be

With friends who share similar views, we also talk about politics, philosophy and current events.
I prefer to chat with one friend at a time,
When too many people gather for conversation , it can get unclear because everyone ahs different perspectives on the topic.
Often, when I'm with a group, I end up scrolling on my phone instead of actively participating in the conversation.
I prefer to have a face-to-face conservation with my friend,
because you can obeserve what are they react to your talks,
if your friends looks puzzled about what you are saying, explain your point.
if they seem to disagree with you, pause and hear their thought.
Overall, it's a more effective way to communicate.
I had once, we had different views on a political problem, and we were trying so hard to convince each other. And, neither of us
succeded. Since then, we have tried to avoid talking about politics, it's just not worth pointing fingers at each other over some
political questions .

Plus, paper map don't have route rocommendation feture; you are on your own to figure out the route to your destination.
Whenever I am in an unfamiliar city, I always install this app in my phone.
I rely on my phone's map not only for getting to tourist spots or back to my hotel,
but also for finding resturants, malls, and restrooms.
So, I use it quite often when I was on a trip
We used to have maps in our house,
when I was little, we had both world and domestic maps on the wall in our living room.
I find it is quite funny, European put paintings or deerskin on their walls , but in this country, we put paper maps on the wall.

in your hometown?
• Is driving to work popular in your country? I was intentionally rent an apartment near to my workplace, and therefore, the apartment's price is relatively higher.
• Do you think people will drive more in the future? My hometown is a very small country. Most of people live in nearby from where they working. So bike and electrical bike are the two
most popular tools for transporation.
There are also some people use car for transporation, and I think they might live in rural area.
Yeah, I remember that China is the country with the highest number of cars, so commuting by car is very common in our country.
Other common commuting methods include the subway and electric bicycles.
Electric bicycles are very popular in small cities, like my hometown.
I don't know, because people are becoming increasingly concerned about global warming, and governments are constantly
encouraging people to use public transporation. So, public transporation may beome very popular in the future.
Also, autonomous driving technology is developing rapidly, and in the future, this technology may replace human drivers.
TRAVELLING Yes, I do love traveling. I particularly enjoy going to the seaside because I can swim there,
and swimming is my favorite activity. It's a great aerobic exercise.

• How often do you go travelling?
• Where do you usually travel? I used to travel frequently during my university years because I wasn't very busy then.
I would go on a trip about once a month.
• How do you feel when you are travelling?
But now, the pressures of my studies and work are quite significant, so I travel about once every six months.
As I mentioned earlier, I love swimming at the seaside, for example, in Sanya.
I once spent two months traveling there, and it was an incredible experience.
The sea and the beaches there are just so beautiful.
(这种旅行plus地点的问题,如果不套用我part2中的“三亚”实在太可惜了。这种题目你如果背过“三亚”,基本不需要再做准备)
During my travels, I feel very happy and relaxed, a sensation that I don't experience during my usual study and work routines.
There's no one pressuring you to do anything, and everything you do is voluntary.
plus, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
CROWDED PLACE No, the city where I live is not a tourist city. I mean, it's not like Shanghai or Beijing, which have many tourist spots.
1. Is the city where you live crowded?
2. Is there a crowded place near where you live?
So, it's not crowded, whether on weekdays or holidays.
3. Do you like crowded places?
4. Do most people like crowded places?
Yes, there is a supermarket and some grocery stores nearby that are always crowded after 5 p.m.
5. When was the last time you were in a crowded place? This is because most people finish work around that time and go to these markets for shopping.
Also, there is a park near my apartment. Every time I go there for exercise, I find the park already crowded with many
elderly people and youngsters.
No, of course not. It makes me feel sick just imagining being in a tourist spot crowded with many visitors.
In such situations, you have to queue for bathrooms, transportation, and restaurants. Endless waiting makes me feel
anxious.
I prefer more peaceful, less crowded environments for my comfort.
It really depends. Like, if someone's going to a concert, they probably want to be in a place with lots of fans.
It's fun to sing and dance with everyone. But if they're going to a resort, they might wish for a quiet, not crowded place.
This way, they can relax and enjoy the quietness. It's all about what's right for the right situation .
The last time I was in a crowed place was last Friday when I went shopping for groceries.
I had planned to cook some dishes and prepare some wines for friends I invited over. After a whole week of being busy,
I just wanted to hang out with my friends and enjoy good food and wine. It's always nice to unwind(放空) and have a
good time with close friends, sharing laughs and stories.

stored safely.
Indeed, I've kept a few cherished items from my childhood, such as a beloved book, nostalgic photographs, and a
cherished teddy bear, which serve as precious mementos of my early years.
Certainly, I value keeping old items, especially those with sentimental significance or historical importance, as they
represent a tangible link to personal memories or collective history.
I organize essential items meticulously at home, ensuring daily necessities are easily accessible in common areas, while

family,
each cake brought joy and sweet memories.
I can make simple cakes at home. It's a fun and creative activity that allows me to experiment with different ingredients.
Sharing the cakes with family and friends is the best part of baking.
Yes, traditional Chinese cakes like mooncakes and rice cakes are not just treats but also a significant part of our culture.
They are especially popular during festivals and are known for their unique flavors and cultural meanings.
I do enjoy having a small dessert after meals.
A little sweet treat, like a slice of cake or some fresh fruit, completes the dining experience and adds a note of happiness to the
end of the meal.

3. What colours do your friends like most? peace and tranquility, often lifting my spirits and providing a calming presence in my daily life.
4. What colour makes you uncomfortable in your room?
I tend to steer clear of neon colours. Their high intensity can be quite jarring and overpowering. These shades disrupt the
calmness I prefer in my surroundings, making them less appealing to my taste.
My friends generally gravitate towards warm and inviting colours like red, orange, and yellow. These hues resonate with them
for their energy and vibrancy, often infusing their spaces with a sense of joy and liveliness.
In my room, dark shades such as deep grey or black tend to make me feel uneasy.
They have a tendency to make spaces feel more enclosed by absorbing light, contrasting with the airy and open atmosphere I
cherish.
SOCIAL MEDIA I began my journey with social media in my early teens, which opened up a new world for me.
1. When did you start using social media?

different cultures and perspectives.
At times, I do feel that I might be spending more time on social media than necessary.
The endless stream of updates and conversations can be quite absorbing. Recognizing this, I try to consciously allocate time
for offline activities to maintain a healthy balance.
Almost all of my friends are quite active on various social media platforms. It serves as our digital meeting place, where we
share life updates, coordinate for events, and support each other's posts, making our bonds stronger despite physical
distances.
On social media, individuals engage in a wide spectrum of activities. They share personal milestones, express their thoughts,
stay updated with global events, follow their interests through different pages and groups, and connect with friends and
family, making it a multifaceted platform for interaction and learning.
SUNGLASSES I frequently wear sunglasses, particularly on bright, sunny days to shield my eyes from the harsh sunlight.

practical and fashionable.
While I prioritize quality in sunglasses, ensuring they effectively protect my eyes and are durable,
I also watch for reasonable pricing. Investing in a good pair that offers both style and protection without being overly
expensive is important to me.
I find sunglasses to be an excellent gift choice for my friends and family, especially for those who appreciate outdoor
activities or have a keen sense of style. It's a gift that combines practicality with a personal touch, showing thoughtfulness
and care.
Regrettably, I've experienced the inconvenience of losing a beloved pair of sunglasses during a vacation at the beach.
That incident taught me to be more vigilant about keeping them safe, often securing them with a strap or placing them in a
sturdy case when not in use.

• What’s your hometown famous for?
• Did you learn about the history of your
hometown at school? I lived there until I went to college, so that's about 19 years.
Before I going to college, I had hardly ever left my hometown, but after starting college, I rarely returned to my hometown.
Our county used to be a nationally known poor area, but a few years ago, it got rid of the poor label. Our county was indeed very
poor before, and the infrastructure wasn't great. However, nowadays, the environment h as improved a lot, and there are many
parks.
Before I left that small county, I used to believe that most cities were similar to my county—very flat, with no mountains or
natural scenery. When I heard my college friends talk about playing games in the mountains during their childhood, I was
astonished.
There is a river that runs through our city, but the water there is not clear, and there are no trees or flowers alongside the river.
So, based on what I said, I probably will not come back to live there.
"No, I didn't, because our town is very young. It was built in the 1980s, and no special things have happened in our city since
then."
I was born and raised in xxx, which is a small county in the north of china.
The population in there is enormous, with more than a million people living in there. So our city supplies a significant workforce for many

but
I don't like to live there, cause living in there is quite banal to me.
There has no entertainment activities or beautiful scenery available. It doesn't even have a library or a movie theater for me to pass the time.
My memories of there are just about boring school life. So I am quite sure I would never go back to there for living.
My hometown was nationally famous for its poverty. And It was often called as 'workforce resource flourishing city' , because everyone want
to leave there to seek employments in actual flourishing cites.
But it has now got rid of poverty. The infrastruct and facilities in there seems great, and people living in there are quite happy now.
And I want to move to Canada some day, in the city of vancouver, or toronto.
Cause' I am a person who really easy to get hot, I mean if I eat something spicy or just running for a few minutes, I gonna feel very hot and
getting sweat. So I wanna to live in a cool city.
