MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT/UNDERSTANDING, executed and entered into the City of Iloilo,

Philippines, by and between;

CENTRAL PHILIPPINE UNIVERSITY REPUBLIC OFFICE OF THE PRIME

MINISTER, represented by its Prime Minister, EMMAN REY B. SAQUIBAL,

- and –

THE CENTRAL PHILIPPINE UNIVERSITY SPORTS AND ATHLETICS OFFICE,

represented by its Director, ENGR. MARC HERMEL AGRIAM

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, The Central Philippine University Republic 19th Parliament will be having its
Centralian Fest Part 2 this upcoming March 15, 16, 23, April 6, 11, 12, 13, 15 & 16 composed of
different Sports and Major Events;

WHEREAS, The Republic has partnered and coordinated with Central Philippine University
Sports and Athletics Office in pursuing the conduct of the different sports events for Centralian
Fest Part 2;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby
enter into this Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding under the following terms and
conditions;

The CPU Republic shall:

1. Coordinate with the Sports and Athletics Office in scheduling the sports events for
Centralian Fest Part 2.
2. Coordinate with the Sports and Athletics Office in providing and contacting
tournament managers for each sports event.
3. Provide the financial budget duly requested by the Sports and Athletics Office.
 4. Coordinate with the Sports and Athletics Office in facilitating and scheduling the
matches of each Centralian Fest sports event.
5. Coordinate with the Sports and Athletics Office in the use of the different sports
venues and equipment needed for each Centralian Fest sports event.
6. Ensure that the borrowed equipment from the Sports and Athletics Office is duly
returned without damages.

The Sports and Athletics Office shall:

1. Provide the necessary equipment needed by the Republic for the Mixed Frisbee
sport event which includes the following
a. Frisbee
b. Nets
2. Coordinate with the Republic in ensuring the observance of the participants in the
technicalities of each sports event.
3. Coordinate with the Republic in ensuring the safety and fairness of each sports event.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands at the City of Iloilo,
Philippines, on this day of 2024.
