After the officers were able to confirm the drug selling activities of the
respondent, they decided to conduct a buy bust operation. The officers were able
to buy Php24, 200.00 worth of shabu from the respondent. The respondent even
offered to the complainant a firearm. The respondent was arrested and the
firearm offered to the officers and other drugs were recovered in her possession.

Wherefore, it is recommended that Violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II

of R.A. 9165 and R.A. 10591 be filed against the respondent.
