    ORDER

    After reviewing the Resolution of the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor


    and the supporting evidence attached in the Information, this Court finds the
    existence of probable cause against the accused and that he is probably guilty
    thereof and should be held for trial.

    Arraignment of the accused and Pre-Trial Conference is calendared on:


    March 23, 2020 at 8:30am RTC Br. 64 Court room
    April 27, 2020 at 1:30pm RTC Br. 63 Court room
    May 25, 2020 at 1:30pm RTC Br. 63 Court room.

    SO ORDERED.
