MOTION FOR
REMOTE VIDEO CONFERENCING
Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court most respectfully
moves:
1. That the instant case is set for hearing on January 29, 2024 at 8:30 in the morning.

2. That pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Circular No. 45-2020, OCA Circular
No. 161-2021 (authority of other first and second level court to conduct
videoconferencing hearings) and OCA Circular No. 158-2020 (remote appearance of
parties) as well as OCA Circular no. 166-2021, access to videoconferencing hearing is
allowed upon proper motion of a party

3. The undersigned counsel was treated for Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI)
last Monday and was advised to rest for two days;

4. That today, the undersigned is not in a healthy condition as he still had a severe cough
and sinusitis and still suffering from Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) which
will render him not fit to travel to Masbate;

5. The undersigned would like to avail of the video conferencing in view of his
condition and undertake that he will be physically present in the next hearing of this
case;
6. That for purposes of videoconferencing hearing, undersigned and the Petitioners can
be reached thru the counsel’s email ad giosususco@yahoo.com.

7. WHEREFORE premises considered it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the instant motion be granted and the scheduled hearing of the above entitled
case on January 29, 2024 in the morning be conducted thru remote video
conferencing.
