Subject: Important Facilities Update: Locker Auto-Door Closers Installed

In TP, ensuring your safety and well-being is our top priority. As part of our commitment in ensuring your
safety and well-being across all our sites, we've recently installed an auto-door closers on the upper
levels of the lockers across our premises to enhance safety.

Over the past year, we have unfortunately witnessed several incidents involving employees sustaining
injuries due to accidental contact with open locker doors, particularly those situated above where the
lockers are located. These incidents, although minor in nature, have prompted us to take proactive
measures to mitigate the risk of such accidents occurring in the future.

To address this concern, we have installed auto-door closers on the upper levels of the lockers. The
primary purpose of these auto-door closers is to ensure that locker doors are not left open, thereby
reducing the likelihood of accidents such as head bumps, lacerations, or minor cuts and bruises.

We encourage all employees to familiarize themselves with the operation of these auto-door closers and
to actively support our efforts to promote safety within our workplace.
