"Investigating the Effectiveness of

Various Sunscreens in Preventing

Sunburn and Skin Damage:
A Comprehensive Research Study on
UV Protection and Skin Health"
The Sun's rays carry heat to the Earth's surface.
Ultraviolet (UV) rays are associated with
different forms of damage to human health

Sunscreens protect the skin. They play an

important role in blocking ultraviolet (UV)
radiation from being absorbed by the skin. UV
radiation damages the skin and can lead to
sunburns and skin cancer. No sunscreen blocks
UV radiation 100%. But they allow you to be
outdoors for a longer time before your skin
starts to redden. Using sunscreen doesn't mean
you can stay out in the sun for an unlimited
amount of time. Damage to your skin cells is still
occurring.
BENEFITS
Awareness of people about wearing
1
and not wearing sunscreen
PROTECT AGAINST MELANOMA, SKIN CANCER. A serious form of skin
cancer that begins in cells known as melanocytes. Melanoma is one of
the most dangerous forms of skin cancer because of its ability to easily
spread to other organs in the body at a rapid pace if not treated at an
early stage. Protecting your skin from the dangers of the sun with
sunscreen is the best and easiest way to avoid this dangerous condition.
BENEFITS
KEEPS COMPLEXION EVEN. Blotchy Skin & Hyperpigmentation (uneven
skin pigmentation) refers to our skin complexion becoming discolored or
darker in an inconsistent way. The sun can be one of the many causes of
this condition that can appear on the face, hands or other body parts
that are regularly exposed to the sun.

REDUCE WRINKLES AND AGING. Research has show that up to 90% of

visible signs of aging are caused by sun damage. Prolonged exposure to
UVA rays will prematurely age skin and result in the loss of collagen and
the skin’s elasticity. Wearing an SPF cream daily can drastically reduce
the aging we see in skin later in life with very little effort.
