Problem Clarification
Four MCU's are available for conferencing and even though only the first MCU resource is full the customer calls are failing as cascading is not working

Cause
The customer is using many audio calls as part of their conference solution.
The reserve cascade ports option in Scopia Management only relates to reserving video ports - which in normal customer usage patterns is sufficient for reserving the
ports to enable cascading of conferences when required.

However with large numbers of audio calls, all the audio resources would potentially be used except the one (default) audio cascade reserved port, even if there is
video resource available. In this customer scenario with a high level of audio calls, a meeting would only be cascaded once (default one audio reserved port), and so in
such circumstances due to lack of audio resources, other cascades would fail.

Solution
A separate advanced command is available for reserving the audio ports for cascading and should typically be set to the same reserved number as the video ports
reservation the customer is using to mirror the same cascading reservation for audio connections as well as video.

Command: vnex.vcms.core.ra.schedule.reservedCascadeAudioPorts
Value: 2 (suggested value in this scenario)

Note: The above command is also applicable to an iViewSuite 7.7.x deployment. However the command must be applied manually as below:

1. On the iViewSuite 7.7.x server open Windows Explorer to the following folder: C:\Program Files\Radvision\iVIEW Suite\iCM\jboss\bin
2. Locate and edit the following file in Windows Notepad: vcs-core.properties
3. Add the following line to the end of the file:
vnex.vcms.core.ra.schedule.reservedCascadeAudioPorts=x (where x = the number of audio cascade ports to be reserved. e.g. 2 in the above scenario)
4. Save the changes
5. Restart the iViewSuite services

WARNING: After applying the above advanced commands the Scopia Management (or iViewSuite) services should be restarted. This procedure should therefore be
undertaken in a maintenance window.
