Cause
Cert is not trusted by the OS. Even though we are using TCP (5060/80) for our connection, in the data coming in the PPM from the SM, it sends information for the
TLS (5061/443), so the certs are needed to be installed on the system.
Solution
On the MAC PC go into App-> Utilities>Keychain access
find the root SSL cert
double click on it
and select "Always Trust"
