➢ Building Plans shall be provided in PDF form which can be accessed
through phones, laptop, ipod or any other devices.
➢ Computations shall be done and submitted in a yellow paper
immediately after the scheduled exam. Calculations may be done using
calculators, laptop, or other devices. Excel (spreadsheet) program may
be used in the calculations.
➢ Compute for:
 Direct Cost (Use your own sourced-out material prices,
equipment rental rates, labor rates)
 Indirect Cost (apply your own assumptions of added costings)
 Total Item Cost
 Total Project Cost (Phase I): based only on the required exam
coverage.
➢ NO ON LINE SUBMISSION OF EXAMINATION OUTPUTS.
