Setting the Premise:

The broad purpose of this worksheet is for you to be able to build a robust personal branding
strategy for yourself. The first step would be to take a print out of the PDF documents and keep
filling them as directed.
● Firstly, this will help in tracking the initial statues of your personal branding activities.
● Second, it will help you in determining the goal for building a personal brand yourself.
● Third, it will help you to design strategies for taking your personal brand value to the
desired level.
● Fourth, it will help you track and improve your brand performance.

You will be required to apply your learnings from every segment by carrying out the actionables
as mentioned in the worksheet.

Before you move on this journey of discovering and building your personal brand, let me
introduce you to the template which will give you a headstart in strategizing your brand strategy.

Now, you will move on to the fourth block of the SACM template which is the second stage of
defining your communication strategy for reaching out to your audience.

To carry out the exercise, you should carry out the following steps:
Step 1: Take a print out of this page of the worksheet.
Step 2: Start by filling the fourth block of the template. And fill the 3 input requirements listed.
While filling this block, please keep in mind that your choice of channels and assets needs to be
in alignment with your:
● Audience
● Determined path of becoming a Thought Leader
● Your goals
● Your choice of online channels should be complimenting your choice of online channels
