    Greetings!

    I am Jose Baunsit, one of the heirs of Bienvenido Mangubat and Pacifico Mangubat, and I
    would like to request copies of the document, Deed of Absolute Sale, between the parties
    concerned: PACIFICO MANGUBAT, MONTANO KISEO, VICTORIA NAPARATE, MAXIMO
    CABASA, PRISCILLANO LUMAPAS, EDILBERTO NOEL, notarized by Judge Perla C. Vilo, with
    entries as: Document No.2; Page 1; Book 5; Series of 1989, as this is related to Civil Case No.
    BOGO-03556.

    Please provide me with certified copies and/or certification as to existence of the file, and
    certification as to non-issuance of commission to notarized. I am aware that there is an extra
    charge for this service and hence, I am willing to pay the cost of the production thereof. I
    would appreciate a receipt representing the total cost of the copies.
