SUBJECT: To highlight the maxing of male and female in the upcoming EXPO’S stall
DEAR SIR,

important matter concerning the gender representation and logistics at our upcoming expo
stall. Upon careful consideration, it has been brought to our attention that ensuring an equal
and balanced representation of both male and female participants is paramount for fostering
an inclusive environment. In line with this objective, we aim to provide separate spaces
designated for male and female exhibitors within the expo stall.

This segregation is intended no to divide but to provide an environment where each gender
feels comfortable and empowered to showcase their contribution and talents effectively. By
offering dedicated spaces, we aim to facilitate an equitable platform for all participants,
ensuring their voices are heard and contribution are highlighted in an optimal manner.
