Warm greetings from Mindoro State University!

The Mindoro State University – Calapan Campus College of Business and Management students particularly the 3 rd
year BS Hospitality Management (III D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5) and BS Tourism Management (III-C1, C2, C3, and C4)
will hold a 2-day culminating activity entitled “ICCATHLON: Redefining Excellence and Leading Innovation in the
Tourism and Hospitality Industry” on February 9 – 10, 2023 at the MinSU Activity Center (MCC).

As part of this, ushers and usherettes represent the event in a very visible way, help set the tone for the rest of the
function, and assist with its smooth operation. With this in mind, ushers and usherettes need to come prepared to
carry out this very special service. We are expected to dress neatly and present a professional "face" to each guest.
 
In line with this, we, the service committee from the convention, are asking your good office to allow us to borrow 10
sashes to be used by usherettes and six for ushers. Wearing this sash will help to make the event ushers and
usherettes more visible. We would like to conduct the activity with the aid of such a sash.
 
We strongly believe that your permission to use the said sash will bring prosperity to such an activity. We give you a
reasonable assurance that we will keep the sash we borrowed and make sure it is returned without damage. The
service committee from the convention is looking forward optimistically to your favorable response regarding this
matter.
