The Mindoro State University – Calapan Campus College of Business and Management students particularly the 3 rd
year BS Hospitality Management (III D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5) and BS Tourism Management (III-C1, C2, C3, and C4)
will hold a 2-day culminating activity entitled “ICCATHLON: Redefining Excellence and Leading Innovation in the
Tourism and Hospitality Industry” on February 9 – 10, 2023 at the MinSU Activity Center (MCC).

In line with this, the food committee from the convention, tradeshow, and competition are asking your
good office to allow us to borrow some kitchen utensils such as 60 pieces of dinner plate, 65 pieces of
dessert plate , 65 pieces of fork, 65 pieces of spoon, 10 pieces of pitcher, 40 pieces of Clear Glass High
Ball, 40 pieces of Water Goblet, 30 pieces of Serving Tray , 2 pieces of Cooler and 30 pieces of Martini G

 We strongly believe that your permission to use the kitchen utensils will bring prosperity to such an activity. We give
you a reasonable assurance that we will keep the utensils we borrowed and make sure it is returned without damage.
The food committee from three event is looking forward optimistically to your favorable response regarding this
matter.
