I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to kindly request the
borrowing of a speaker and 2 microphones from you for our section’s upcoming event that will be
held on June 29, 2023 1:00 to 8:00 pm at the Bar and Beverage Laboratory (Rm. 308). The
event is entitled “A Gamble of Luck: Cocktails and Flairs in Casino,” which is a cocktail making
event that is part of our activities and requirements in the Bar and Beverage Management
subject.

In order to create a memorable and excellent execution of the event, we opt to borrow your
equipment as we do not have the capacity to provide our own. These pieces of equipment will
help us deliver the event effectively and successfully since they will help when it comes to
engaging with the audience and clearly communicating with them to enhance their experience.
