The Bataan Peninsula State University – College of Nursing and Midwifery, with the
undersigned as project leader of the Long Term Research-Based Extension Project, Health
Beyond Bar, will once again hold a series of virtual seminars and trainings for the months of
August and September 2020 on the following schedule.

Participants: BJMP Personnel, Jail Nurses and PDL First Aiders

* Other participants may join as well but certificates of training and triangular bandages from Red

Cross will be distributed to selected participants only. Triangular bandages to be used during the

demonstration will be forwarded to the participating jail facilities prior to the activity.

This is in line with the monthly implementation of the said extension program.

With this, I am cordially inviting every partner jail facility in the conduct of this undertaking.

I am allotting 20 slots for your jail.

We will be using Google Meet for the conduct of the webinars and trainings. The link for the 4-
day activity is provided in the schedule above. To facilitate the success of our activity, we also
encourage the participants to maintain turning off their microphones at all times and to register at
least 15 minutes before the schedule.

Furthermore, may we ask from our partner jails assistance in providing documentation comprising
of signed attendance sheets, pictures of the conduct of the activity inside the jail and the facilitation
of all the participants in our post-activity evaluation.
