Each business must produce and maintain @ register of plant, equipment ard installations that require compliance to the legislation within the country of operation. The following list is not exhaustive and is only intended but examples of equipment/installations that may need to be included are: * Crane © Dilling rigs + Mixere, pumpe and ciloe * Pressure vessels ‘+ Lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, forklifts, slings, shackles ‘+ Storage tanks ‘+ Mobile plant and equipment + Fixed Plant such as lathes, milling machines and drils Where Kellar employees use plant and equipment provided by othere 0.g. hirod plant ‘on customer sites, measures must be taken to verify that the equipment is being ied ( @ hiylt standard meeting or exceeding Keller standards and minimum regulatory requirements. 6.3 Operation and Maintenance Manual For all Plant operated by Keller, workshop manager shall ensure that a current Operation and Maintenance Manual is available at the place of operation for all personnel likely to require the information relating to the day to day operation and maintenance of the Plant 6.4 Plant, Equipment and Installation Inspection Before plant or apparatus is brought into service for the first time, a statutory inspection shall be carried in accordance with manufacturer information and relevant regulations, standards and guidance. To ensure that the equipment is maintained in a satisfactory condition for continued use, regular periodic inspections and regular planned maintenance shall be carried out. If at any time there is a change in the area classification or if any apparatus is moved from one location to another, a check shall be made to ensure that the type of protection, apparatus group and temperature class, where appropriate, are suitable for the revised conditions. If plant or apparatus is dismantled during the course of an inspection, precautions must be taken during re-assembly to ensure that the integrity of the type of protection is not impaired. Quality Control aspects of all work and inspections will be managed ae dofinod within the Operations and Maintenance Manual and any supplementary local work instruction. A review of the planned maintenance schedule, associated work instructions and hazard assessments must be carried out periodically. 6.6 Preventive Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment Workshop Manager has to have preventive maintenance plan and it shall be communicated to sites where he deployed the machine are subjected to preventive maintenance. ; y | GENCO. Work shop manager / supervisor maintains all the machine / equipment in the list through system. 6.7 Break down and Repair lf any of the equipment / machine breaks down, the same is repaired by the Workshop Technician. All the works carried out are recorded in the Jab Card / Machine Log book. 6.8 Non-conforming Equipment Workshop Manager / supervisor identify the repaired / non-conforming equipment. Non-Conforming equipment are identitied and removed from the work area. Non-conforming equipment are disposed as per the General Manager's directions. 6.9 Spare Parts All major spare parts for the equipment are procured through PO & HO. Inventory of the spare parts are maintained through SAP system, ‘Sundry spare parts / consumables are procured locally by the Workshop Manager / ‘Supervisor and inventory will be maintained in SAP by the Workshop management. 7 HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT HSEQ Officer will ensure that all the safety and environmental requirements are maintained at workshop and sites during maintenance. During maintenance, generated waste are segregated and disposed of accarding to local regulation. Risk Assessment carried out and communicated for maintenance activities and for all other activities Including maintenance and repair. First ald Dox Is maintained at workshop and site with trained and competent first aider.
