    SENSORY EVALUATION SCORING SHEET

    INSTRUCTION: The coded samples presented to you are for your assessment. You
    are to sincerely state your degree of preference for each product’s parameters as
    stated below for each item. Kindly use the 9-point hedonic scale thus:
    9 - Like extremely
    8 - Like very much
    7 - Like moderately
    6 - Like slightly
    5 - Neither like nor dislike
    4 - Dislike slightly
    3 - Dislike moderately
    2 - Dislike very much
    1- Dislike extremely
    Kindly use water to mask the effect of the previous determination before taking
    the next sample. Coding has nothing to do with the quality of the product.
