    With reference to the “Invitation of bids for grant of Mining Lease for Iron Ore and Manganese
    Minerals” dated December 06, 2019 issued by the Government of Odisha for grant of Mining
    Lease, forward e-auction of Siljora - Kalimati Iron Ore and Manganese Block was held on
    February 13, 2020 on the MSTC e-auction portal.

    We are pleased to inform that Debabrata Behera (131105) has submitted the highest Final Price
    Offer of 154.00% (One Hundred Fifty Four point Zero percent) and is hereby declared the
    Preferred Bidder for grant of Mining Lease of Siljora - Kalimati Iron Ore and Manganese Block.
